We thank the Lord for providing us through His Body with enough funding for the purchase of the property and the Phase One renovation costs in 2023.
Due to an overall increase in both labor and materials costs over the past two and a half years, coupled with some significant adjustments made to the renovation plans:
1. primarily related to fire protection required by the city and
2. requirements to increase the height of the ceiling in the basement level
the final estimated cost for the entire renovation is €3 million. By the end of December 2025 we have close to €0.89 million available for Phase Two renovation.
To complete this renovation project, we still need the support of the churches to meet this financial need. The funds currently available (€1.19 million) will be exhausted by October this year. The total amount we now need to complete this project is €1.67 Million.
As we pray and look to the Lord locally regarding this matter, we open this urgent need to all the churches. Please pray for us. May the Lord meet this need in His Body.

The meeting hall renovation team is in the process of making an application for energy efficiency subsidy. The brothers will need to decide whether to take the grant provided by the federal government (KFW) or from the state government (BAFA).
As of the end of February 2026, the Lord has provided us another 300,000€ through the faithful giving of the saints around the globe. The total amount we now need to complete this project is €1.67M.
Finally, the building department in Stuttgart granted us the 'RED DOT' approval needed to go forward with the meeting hall renovation work.
