In this page, we would like to share with you our journey in searching for this property, the reason why we chose this property and our future plans.

Our search for the property

Since 2003, the church has been renting facilities for its use and for blending with other localities. For many years, the church was searching for a suitable meeting hall near the university.


In October 2022, the church finally found a suitable meeting hall (an 120 years building which requires extensive renovation) in an excellent location, easily accessible by public transportation and located right next to a very
nice public park. Since It is rare to find a property which is situated right next to a park in Stuttgart area, we thank the Lord for releasing such a property to meet the church's growing needs.

Reason for Choosing this property - the Building

  • The size of the lot is 401m2 and total usable space is 855 m2.
  • Ground floor - space for an commercial grade kitchen, sufficient restrooms, a large multipurpose room can be used as a dining hall, children meeting room and student lounge; heating rooms and a couple of storage areas.
  • First floor - Main hall with a seating capacity of about 150, and a lobby/library/reading area and two smaller rooms (for fellowship and nursing mothers).
  • Second floor – A three bedroom apartment with  living room and a  terrace, and one medium size room for children/young people, one office and a brothers’ fellowship room.
  • Three private parking spots and thirteen public parking spaces right around to the property that are free during our meeting hours.

  • Close to where many saints live and to the university (within a 10-minute travel by car).
  • Easy access to public transport: trains, trams, buses (all within a 5-minute walking distance).
  • A public park with spacious green areas suitable for picnics, recreation, gospel outreach, etc., and two playgrounds for children which are right next to the property.
  • Located between commercial and residential areas.

  • Church meetings, love feasts, children’s activities, young people and student events, etc.
  • Video Training and blending gatherings with other churches.
  • Regional conferences for young people, students, young adults, etc.

Future Plans

As the city of Stuttgart is situated in the south Germany, it is very conducive for blending with the nearby localities and countries.  Within the 3 hours radius, Frankfurt and Munich, Strasbourg, France and Zürich, Switzerland are reachable by car. 

 

As the capacity of the main hall of this property can accommodate between 150 to 175, we are with much anticipation that this meeting hall could meet the need of blending in this region like regional blending and local conferences.
