Thank you for His divine provision. We finally signed the first major contact in May 4, 2026 and the renovation work has begun. In this update we would like to share with you the initial progress of the innovation work.
Ground Floor - Main Hall
The main hall has been cleared out to be ready for the next stage of renovation.
First Floor - Multipurpose Room
The non load bearing wall in the top floor is demolished to make room for the multipurpose room.
First Floor - Living room
The non load bearing walls had been removed to open up for an open living room and dinning area.
First floor - kitchen
The non load bearing walls had been removed to open up the area for a residential kitchen.
Basement - Dinning Room
The non load bearing walls were taken down to open up the dinning room that accommodate 100 people
Basement - Kitchen
The kitchen is being prepared to be a commercial kitchen ready for bigger events.
