Over the past two months, the building contractor has been working tirelessly to prepare the site for foundation work, both inside and outside the building.
The site needs to be excavated to a depth of 1.8 meters to meet the high-ceiling requirements for a multipurpose room that includes a dining area for up to 100 people. The insulation work is being carried out to meet the requirements of the State Energy Efficiency grant and to reduce energy costs in the years ahead.
