Project progress:
1. The work to install energy efficient insulation around the outside wall of the basement has been completed.
2. The scaffolding is now setup all round the building in preparation for the roof work in the top floor.
3. The old staircase has been torn down and make room to install the new concrete staircase to meet the fire protection requirement.
